Soybean extract

Soybean extract is listed on the Joe's Blend label. In coffee mixes, soy-derived ingredients usually act as plant protein or as an emulsifier that helps the creamer disperse evenly in water. We will publish the exact form used once the client's specification sheet is in. One thing is certain now: it contains soy, and the box says so.
