This policy explains what information we collect when you buy Joe's Blend Coffee, and how we use it. Joe's Blend Coffee is sold by Tienda Pinas ("we", "us").

What we collect

• Order details you give us at checkout: your name, email, phone number and delivery address.
• Your order history and its status (pending, paid, shipped).
• Basic, anonymous website analytics (pages visited), used to improve the site.

Payments

Payments are handled on a secure hosted page by our payment provider, Xendit. Your full card or e-wallet details are entered on their page and are never stored on our servers. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed.

How we use your information

• To process your order, take payment, and deliver your coffee.
• To contact you about your order.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers who help us complete your order (our payment provider and our delivery courier), and only what they need.

Keeping your data

We keep order records for as long as needed to run the business and meet Philippine legal and tax requirements, then remove them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by messaging our Facebook page. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
