These terms apply when you buy Joe's Blend Coffee from this website. The seller is Joe's Blend Coffee Trading. Please read them before you order.

The product

Joe's Blend Coffee is a 100% Arabica 3-in-1 instant coffee, sold in a box of 10 sachets (21 g each). It contains soybean seed extract (soy). It is a food product, not a medicine, and we make no health or therapeutic claims about it.

Orders and prices

• Prices are shown on the product page in Philippine pesos and include delivery within the Philippines.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds.
• We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in clear error.

Payment

Payment is taken through our secure payment provider, Xendit, which offers cards, GCash and Maya on its hosted checkout page. We never see or store your full payment details.

Delivery

We ship nationwide within the Philippines. See our Shipping page for how delivery works.

Money-back guarantee and returns

Joe's Blend Coffee comes with a money-back guarantee: love it or your money back. If it is not for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund your order. The guarantee allows one claim per customer. Who it covers and how to claim are on our Returns and refunds page, which also explains what to do if an item arrives damaged, wrong or missing.
